Dr Kevin Cripwell is the principal dentist at Glebe Hill Dental.

Originally from Queensland, Dr Kevin moved to Hobart in 2016 after graduating with honours from the University of Queensland. Since then, he has been providing high-quality dental care to the Hobart community. Alongside his clinical work, he also teaches and supervises final-year dental students, helping shape the next generation of dentists.

Dr Kevin takes a professional yet kind and gentle approach to dentistry, offering personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. While experienced in all areas of general and family dentistry, he has a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

A true foodie at heart, Dr Kevin enjoys exploring Tasmania’s renowned food and wine scene in his spare time.

Having graduated from James Cook University, Dr Lily often visited Tasmania on holidays and quickly fell in love with the island’s scenery and lifestyle. It wasn’t long before she decided to make the move from her hometown of Townsville and now proudly calls Tasmania home.

Dr Lily strives to make every patient feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. With her kind and bubbly nature, she aims to make each appointment relaxed and enjoyable. She enjoys all areas of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry and oral medicine.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Dr Lily camping, hiking, painting, or even having a go at gardening.

Laura was born in Tasmania and has lived in the Hobart area her entire life.

With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, Laura is passionate about creating a stress-free experience for every patient at Glebe Hill Dental. Her extensive knowledge and calm, friendly nature make her an irreplaceable member of our team.

Laura’s compassion, humour, and approachable personality help ensure that every patient feels well cared for and comfortable during their visit.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys staying active by going to the gym, exploring Hobart’s vibrant food scene, travelling, and spending time with her friends, family, and two beloved cats, Miso and Eevee.

Beccy grew up in Western Australia but has spent the majority of her life here in Tasmania.

She has been part of the dental industry for four years and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Dental Radiography. Beccy is passionate about growing her skills and continuing her career development in the dental field. She brings a bubbly, positive energy to the practice and loves helping patients feel at ease and supported throughout their visit.

Along with supporting the clinical team, Beccy enjoys the hands-on side of dentistry—particularly creating custom lab work like mouthguards and bleaching trays.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Beccy at the gym, spending quality time with her family, or in the kitchen baking sweet treats to share with loved ones.
